He was born and raised in Baroda – India, he speaks fluent English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and understands Bengali, Urdu and Punjabi.

As a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, he lived and worked in many metropolitan cities in India and abroad like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, London – UK and San Diego, California – USA. With such multicultural exposure and work experience of over 20 years in engineering sales, he has acquired instinctive and highly intuitive negotiation skills that ensures success for his clients.

He also comes from a family of residential and commercial real estate builders in India, which gives him a unique insight of construction that gives his clients a piece of mind when they are working with him. Above all of Samit is a family man and his proudest accomplishments are his wife and son, and his family is very active in the Indian community here in Halifax.
